Green Goddess

One of my favourite salad dressings of summer. Green Goddess. She's a lovely accompaniment with fresh crab over greens and tomatoes. She livens up an artichoke and is a natural with big crisp wedges of iceberg lettuce.
A hostess with the most-ess.

Green Goddess Dressing 

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayo
2 T apple cider vinegar
1/4 - 1/2 cup tarragon, basil, Italian parsley, stems removed and chives
Blend until smooth. Salt, pepper to taste.

Makes about 1 cup.
